Refund policy
If you regret your purchase at LULUBEAUTY, you can return your items to us. Please note that returns cost 69 NOK. To minimize environmental impact, we do not include a return label in your package. Send an email customer service at hello@lulubeauty.no to receive a return label.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns and Refunds
If you return items to our online store, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used for payment.
If you paid by Klarna invoice, Klarna will contact you for refund details. This will occur after LULUBEAUTY has received the item from you.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after LULUBEAUTY has received the return.
Exchanges
We only process returns and unfortunately do not offer exchanges. If you want a new item or variant, you must place a new order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear. The warranty period is two years.
Contact customer service at hello@lulubeauty.no if you wish to make a complaint, so we can assist you. Please include a photo of the defect.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you can cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the item. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
